Price Guide
Most jobs are priced individually because there are many factors that must be taken into account, especially where pools and gardens are concerned. However some of our services are based on fixed fees and these are shown below.

Remember, asking us for an estimate or devis (quote) is free and we are always more than happy to come to your property to discuss your exact requirements.

We use our own equipment in your garden unless otherwise agreed. ​
GARDENING PRICES
Gardening
The cost of general gardening depends upon your garden and your needs.
​
Size and accessibility come into play as well as whether or not you need a basic 'Grass and Gravel' service or Complete Garden Care.
​
Prices for general gardening start from €35 per person per hour with a minimum cost of 2 hours.

Hedge Cutting
Hedge cutting will always be priced per job as every hedge is different.

You should remember that waste disposal fees may also apply with this service.

This can be priced as a fixed fee service or on a daily rate depending upon the terrain.

Stump Grinding
This service is available on an hourly basis with a minimum of six hours per day.

Waste Removal Fee
Green Waste - Removing waste from a property requires time to unload, whether back at our base or at the dechetterie. That waste also then needs to be processed to a licensed waste disposal site and this incurs a cost too. Therefore each time we remove waste from your property we must make a charge.

Waste Removal Fee
Other Waste - Mixed waste or 'Tout Venant' in France is much more expensive to take to process as it needs to be sorted into different containers which makes it time consuming and in certain cases can incur high disposal fees.

The waste removal fee starts from €60 and time on site (TOS) is also charged for non green waste.

Skip Hire
Skips in France are expensive and are often charged by weight. Where large volumes of debris are produced we will recommend the hire of a skip as the most cost effective means of disposing of the debris. Because we are not always able to know the exact cost until after the debris is processed, we will charge skip fees as per the skip company's invoice plus an arrangement fee of €75.

Gutter Cleaning
Gutter cleaning is carried out on a per linear metre basis.

POOL PRICES
Patio Cleaning
Patio cleaning is carried out on an hourly basis with a minimum of 6 hours per day.

We will always advise you to a cost before starting the work.

Handyman Services
Handyman services are charged at the following rate.

All materials used are excluded from this cost.

House Cleaning
House cleaning is offered at an hourly rate per person.

Cleaning materials are included in this price unless a client has specific products they want used.

POOL SERVICES
Complete Pool Care
There are many factors that determine our charges for Complete Pool Care and these range from pool size, whether it is a salt or chlorine pool, age, condition and accessibility.
Costs can only be given once we have seen your pool but remember a quote is free and there is no obligation.
Pool Investigative Work
Whether we already look after your pool or not, any time spent investigating and solving problems will be charged as follows.

Any works related to repair or replacement associated with the pool are charged as follows

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES
Property Check
We can ensure your home is checked regularly (every 2 or 4 weeks) by the same person. We check for leaks, water ingress, rodent or insect infestation or any irregularities.

Administrative Work
If we are required to carry out any administrative work for you we will do so and charge in 30 minute intervals..

Third Party Arrangement Fee
This fee is levied where we are required to organise a third party artisan for any work we do not carry out ourselves. This fee is to make the arrangements for their attendance and it should be noted that time on site or purchase handling fees may also be due.

Property Management TOS
This fee applies to any reason that we may need to be at your property that does not fall into any of the services above.

Purchase Handling Fee
This fee is levied whenever we are asked to purchase an item or pay for a service on behalf of a client. This is to cover the costs of processing the purchase through our accounting system, invoicing on and waiting for reimbursement. Purchases of heating fuel are charged at the reduced rate of 10%.

Surcharge - 15%
Shopping
We are happy to shop for your items on your behalf. We charge an hourly rate where we are shopping specifically for your items or a minimum fee if we are picking something up whilst out on our own errands.

Please note that if we are paying for your items then the Purchase Handling Fee will also apply.

Receiving goods at our base
You are also welcome to have ordered items delivered to our base although always check with us first as there may not always be someone here.

Delivering Goods to Your Property
Whether an item has been delivered to us or whether we have bought it on your behalf, this fee applies if we are delivering something to your property and making a specific journey.

Waiting at Your Property for a Delivery
For large, bulky items it may be easier to have it delivered directly to your property.
